Mental health support work is considered an essential service: my practice remains open during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

The decision to ask for help and make that first appointment with a psychologist is often quite stressful. I understand that and hope that browsing through my website and gathering some information about me will help ready you to make that call, if needed.
My aim is to help my clients evaluate their lives, identify the areas that require improvement and work with them to increase their levels of happiness and life satisfaction. If you feel that there is something missing in your life or specific areas in which you are struggling, then perhaps you could consider making the commitment to improving your life.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy and reality therapy, depending on what is most suitable to the client, as well as the type of problem the client is experiencing.
